The 2007 Stanley Cup Finals are set -- it's the Ottawa Senators versus the Anaheim Ducks.

Will this be the year of the Duck or will Canada reclaim the Stanley Cup.

The Ottawa Senators now know who they will be facing in the Stanley Cup Finals.

It's the team that used to be called the Mighty Ducks.

They were also once owned by the Disney Company and were named for a Disney movie – the Anaheim Ducks.

After defeating the Detroit Red Wings four games to two, the Ducks will face the Ottawa Senators starting Monday, May 28th for the right to raise the Stanley Cup.

The so called hockey experts were half right in their prediction.

In the Western Conference, the Ducks were one of the favorites to win it all, but the story was different in the east.

There, every hockey writer from the lights of Broadway to the wheat fields of Western Canada picked everyone but Ottawa to win.

Talk about not getting any kind of respect, one famous hockey publication in Canada, no less, declared that the "Senators weren't even Canada's team."

Now that they are in the finals as the lone Canadian representative, wanna beat the house on it that all of the "true North" is jumping on that Senators bandwagon?

Ottawa had been in a hockey final before and won a championship, but it wasn't a Stanley Cup when they won and there wasn't an NHL.

Anaheim has done this Stanley Cup thing before in 2003, losing to the New Jersey Devils.

Will this time be the year of the Duck, or will Ottawa really be Canada's team and bring the Stanley Cup to Canada's capital?

Stay tuned to find out.
