I love the AFC North division. So many new-fangled faces, alterations in the starting lineups, but some gridiron warriors still remain at the top of fantasy draft boards. Are Kyle Boller's days in Baltimore finished? Is Carson Palmer considered a  No. 1 fantasy Quarterback? Is there is Cleveland player warranting a late round selection? All of the Steelers are solid, but which one is the safest pick?  It's all listed in this article, short and sweet!

Baltimore Ravens

Stud: Todd Heap, TE. Could this be the year that Heap plays all 16 games in a season, I hope so. When healthy, he is a beast and has a knack for getting open and is a homerun threat in the red zone. I would also like to reveal Steve McNair’s knack for finding the Tight End no matter what offense he is in! Take into account, McNair to Wychek in the late '90s?

Dud: Kyle Boller, QB. The weapons on offense are present, ie: a better than average offensive line, better than average running back committee, Mark Clayton/Derrick Mason/Todd Heap as your pass catchers and Boller still isn’t an competent passer. Call me crazy, but I highly doubt the Ravens acquired McNair to scrutinize Boller from the sideline.

Sleeper: Mark Clayton, WR.

Cincinnati Bengals

Stud: Rudi Johnson, RB. I don’t know a more intense workhorse in the league than this guy! The past 3 years, he is averaging 11 Touchdowns and 1,000 yards rushing per season. What’s not to like? Carson Palmer may not be back for the beginning of the season, so look for Rudi to be the guy to pound the defense into the ground, while mustering up 1,400 yards and 12 touchdowns on the year.

Dud: Chris Henry, WR. It’s a shame about this kid. He is ruining a promising NFL career before it starts. This second year player found the end zone six times last year and now I think he has been arrested twice as many. He better watch it because Marvin Lewis doesn't stand for this type of juvenile behavior.

Sleeper: Chris Perry, RB.

Cleveland Browns

Stud: Joe Jurevicius, WR. Its difficult to choose a "stud" for the Browns, but I am going to go with Jurevicius. He plays through injuries and is a big target. Braylon Edwards is soothing with Lieutenant Dan and won't be ready until week 6 or 7 and although I like Dennis Northcutt, he's a better suit for the number three wide receiver or slot. That leaves Jurevicius to flourish!

Dud: Kellen Winslow Jr., TE. Thirty-two games in the past two seasons and he has played in two! What a disgrace to his father thus far. Injury on the field is one thing, but making acrobatic dances on your motorcycle is just infantile.

Sleeper: Charlie Frye, QB.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Stud: Hines Ward, WR. Always a consistent player and his numbers have done nothing but increase since Big Ben took over. Expect him to really shine, particularly with an explosive rookie on the opposite side in Santonio Holmes. Ward isn't the type to nab you 15 scores with 1,600 yards on the side, but quietly does his job and earns a starting spot in a fantasy lineup every single year.

Dud: Duce Staley, RB. I like Duce Staley, I really do, but Willie Parker has come out of nowhere and has proven for a little guy, whom essentially relies on his speed, can still take carries over the middle while accepting bit hits. Pittsburgh is a running team, but they are a running back by committee team, it's hard to consider the oldest running on their roster for your fantasy team. Word out of Pittsburgh camp is that Verron Haynes is the go-to-guy inside the five-yard line.

Sleeper: Heath Miller, TE.
